_MG_1647Hello. Here’s the guestbook for you to sign, let me know you’ve visited, whether you enjoyed the stay – was the bed comfortable? Breakfast OK? Did you like how the toast always taste that much nicer served in halves on those little metal racks?

Also, if you have Spotify, feel free to leave a song on the HELP SCHNEIDER LISTEN TO DECENT MUSIC playlist by CLICKING HERE. Then let me know which song you’ve left in the guestbook.

You can also CLICK HERE to tell me the FIRST RECORD I EVER BOUGHT playlist. I’d love to know. I’m strange like that.

Hi Dave/David,

I've left three songs on Spotify for you. "Fucker", "Butcher Pete" and "Bongo Bongo Bongo"

I hope they provide you with a certain degree of entertainment on one level or another, as you have done for me over the years.

Sorry, I'm just not very good at compliments.

Great site.

Nice to see you on Twitter too - best of luck with it all - you'll soon be giving that Fry chap a run for his money!

You look the same now as you did the last time I saw you in person in Edinburgh many moons ago. I was dying on my arse at the Fringe at the time. Please let us know where you found the secret of eternal youth, my Mrs would be pathetically grateful.

Some intriguing stuff, except for Spotify. Was going to add "V2 Schneider" for giggles but it's not there ( ).

Or, more seriously, this week's fave, Puscifer and "Indigo Children", also not on spotify ( ).

So I added The Mooney Suzuki instead (God only knows what Spotify found as its album reference). :o)

Really like the site, well done!
PS you haven't changed in 22 years and that is a good thing!

Great website Dave. Very funny and a wonderful insight to the history of your career. I always look forward to your updates. Keep up the good work. Oh, I added Eric Clapton: Before You Accuse Me to your 'Hep Schneider listen to decemt music' playlist and the first record I bought was Darts: Come Back My Love.

All the best

Hey Dave

This is a test for your guestbook.

  1. Geoff Simmons says:

Hi Dave – 1st record I bought was Johnny Ray singing Walk & Talk with my Lord (gospel) on 78rpm c’1950 (it was the B side but I didn’t know that at the time as I was only 11 years old). I’ve added The Snake and My Attorney bernie (I have the sheet music for these if you like them and have sung them at the Vortex open mike in Stoke Newington). My son and his wife run a friendship club at Woodford Liberal Shul on occasional Sunday afternoons and may contact you in the near future about doing a short light hearted programme for the visitors (‘cos I told them how wonderful you are)

  2. Scott Herndon says:

Van Halen’s Fair Warning. Tols my Mom it was Kenny Rogers so she’d let me buy it.
